What kind of trade exhibition is BIT?

BIT is the international tourism fair in Italy. 3 days dedicated to tourism operators and 1 day also open to the public, Sunday 9 February. A marketplace to support the tourism industry in Italy and around the world.

Where does it take place?

BIT takes place at the Fiera Milano exhibition center, Strada Statale Sempione, 28 - 20017 Rho (MI). 

Which are the exhibition halls?

Bit 2025, will take place in Halls 9 and 11 of Fiera Milano. Discover the map

What are the dates of the next edition?

The next edition will take place from Sunday 9 (open day to the public) to Tuesday 11 February 2025.

What are the opening hours?

For visitors 9-10-11 February 2025 from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m;

For exhibitors 9-10-11 February 2025 from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

How much is the entrance fee?

For tourism operators:

By January 10, 2025, registration for tourism operators is free.

From 11 January 2025 the cost is €14.00, valid for all days of the event.

Register on the ticketing page and upon approval you will receive a PDF ticket by email.

For travel enthusiasts: Sunday 9 February 2025 is the day open to the traveling public. Buy your entrance ticket here.

For purchases by January 10^th 2025 the cost is €7.00.

From 11 January 2025 the cost is €14.00 for online purchases.

Purchase at the reception desks during the event, €20.00.

Can I buy tickets directly at the event?

Yes, it's possible.

For operators the cost is €14.00.

For travel enthusiasts the cost is €20.00

Are students allowed to enter?

Yes, details will be available soon.

Can minors come in?

Children up to 3 years old enter free of charge on sight without ticket, from 4 to 10 receive a free ticket and from 11 to 17 years (if accompanied) with a reduced ticket to 10.00 €.

What services are available for people with disabilities?

Fiera Milano has a Mobility Center with services and equipped paths for people with disabilities. For more information click here

Can I come in with an animal?

Pets of any size are not allowed. 

What are the accepted payment methods for ticket purchase? 

You can choose to pay with cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.

I bought the ticket but did not receive any email, what should I do?

The email with the ticket should arrive at your inbox a few minutes after purchase. We suggest you to check the email address entered and also the spam. If necessary you can contact bit.visitatori@fieramilano.it

Can I change the name of my ticket?

No, once you have purchased your ticket you cannot change the name.  

I bought the ticket but can’t come anymore, can I ask for a refund?

No, once purchased the ticket cannot be refunded.

Is it possible to change the days/times chosen at the time of purchase? 

The choice of the day and the time slot is only indicative and not binding so only the ticket type is binding.

How do I get to the fairgrounds?

BIT is easily reachable from the center of Milan and from any Italian and international location: Choose how you want to reach the neighborhood here you will find all the information.

- If you arrive by train the station is Fiera Milano RHO.

- If you arrive by metro, take the red line to Rho Fieramilano.

I come by car: what address should you put on the navigator? Where can I park?

The address to indicate on the navigator is: FIERA MILANO RHO.

Where can I leave my luggage? Is there a wardrobe?

Yes, both along the mezzanine inside the subway and in the reception of pavilions 9-11, there are cloakrooms where you can also leave your luggage.

Where can I eat at the fair?

In each pavilion there are cafes with snacks and light lunches. Along Corso Italia you will also find restaurants and other food options that will surely meet your taste.

Are there conventions for hotels?
