Teleconferencing communications have now become part of everyone's daily routine. They satisfy work needs and some social and leisure needs. This is where Wisits comes in with its offering of interactive on-line guided tours. Wisits gives travellers, and would-be travellers, an opportunity to familiarize themselves with destinations, museums, exhibitions, centres of art, culture, crafts and places of worship. Tour and hiking guides are at the heart of the excitement of a trip; it is through them that the transmission of content and passion for destinations takes place. The Wisits proposal is not intended as an alternative to travel but as a strategic and complementary activity that works to stimulate and is an innovative marketing tool.

He has been active in the tourism sector for 32 years and in the incoming industry for 30 years. From clerk to product manager, from branch coordinator to owner, I have played each role and experienced the business's different aspects. I have a strong tendency to put myself in the shoes of others, be it the most demanding client, the client of an event with hundreds of people, the last of the attendees or the suppliers' staff. This allows me to understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of all the stakeholders. I have been a teacher for more than 10 years; however, I am still a student, eager to learn, looking for new things, inspiration and obstacles to overcome. The pandemic has put a strain on our industry. Instead of protesting, I turned the difficulty into yet another challenge to overcome.

She is a trainer, coach and intercultural consultant, specialised in Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Social Innovation. She teaches Intercultural Approach at IATH and Sole24Ore. On diversity management, creating tailor-made offers for different incoming targets and defining sustainable tourism strategies, she works with managers and staff of international groups, travel agencies, tour operators, tourism boards and tour guides.
