Tuscan by origin, Milanese but not by choice, specialised in labour psychology at the Cattolica University in Milan after graduating with a law degree from Florence under Roberto Zaccaria, an emeritus constitutionalist former RAI president. He has more than ten years of consolidated experience in Human Resources as HR Manager in national and multinational companies (Saint-Gobain, Olpidurr, Banco Ambrosiano Veneto, Panasonic Italy), covering several professional areas and roles. Since 1995 he has been Executive Consultant, Business Coach, Lecturer and Speaker for significant industrial and service companies. Passionate about theatre and music, he designs training interventions mixing them with high emotional impact and metaphorical business activities.
