What does it mean for Travel & Hospitality to keep up with innovation and make its customers live a unique experience while facing constant changes in today's world?

The industry needs to undertake a real change, a personal journey to stay on topic, so that it knows and meets the expectations and needs of the new tourist, the new passenger, the new customer.

Today, more than ever, the new mandate is to take care of the traveler, rebuild his or her trust with a reliable offer to regain the enthusiasm to travel. The vision combined with innovation provides new processes for the industry, aiming to achieve operational efficiency based on the transparency and data accessibility in real time associated with accurate personalization - ingredients that are now more than ever necessary to guide the proper business towards success without borders.

In this session we will host Boscolo Tours, Human Company and Welcome Travel Group who will tell us how their industry has changed over the years and what strategies they have adopted to satisfy today’s both market and customers demands.
