The techniques of up-selling and cross-selling guest products and services have been available to the non-hotel industry for years but continue to struggle to establish themselves as a f feature in the non-hotel business model. In this panel we will discuss with the main players in the Italian market to understand the challenges and opportunities in this sector.

In 2000 he graduated in Political Science with a thesis on Territorial Web Marketing. In 2004 he founded dotFlorence Srl, a web agency specialising in the creation of internet projects for the non-hotel hospitality sector. Since 2010 he has cooperated with several Italian and American universities in Florence and Rome, where he teaches subjects related to marketing and communications for tourism.
