She is a trainer, coach and intercultural consultant, specialised in Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Social Innovation. She teaches Intercultural Approach at IATH and Sole24Ore. On diversity management, creating tailor-made offers for different incoming targets and defining sustainable tourism strategies, she works with managers and staff of international groups, travel agencies, tour operators, tourism boards and tour guides.
