She has always been involved in the aviation world, of which she has a perfect understanding of the dynamics, and was commercial director of Gsa Spazio for over 16 years, before continuing with Air Transat. During her career, she has worked for a number of tour operators including Gabbiano Livingstone and Go Word as a sales representative. Thanks to these experiences, she has a very good knowledge of the commercial dynamics of tour operating. Her entry at Ego Airways coincides with the start of operations of the made in Italy company. Marilena Bisio is now head of sales and is responsible for all relations with travel agencies, networks and tour operators.

Giancarlo Celani has in-depth knowledge of the travel industry and the aviation sector. His career has included VP Sales & Strategic Planning director of Laudaair, controller and planning manager of Air Europe, president and chief executive officer of Livingston SpA, owned by Gruppo Viaggi del Ventaglio, and then managing director and accountable manager when a new company took over the operations of Livingston Aviation. After four years as managing director of Airgeco, he has been chief commercial officer & deputy CEO of AlbaStar since 2011.

After graduating in Political Science from the University of Milan, Valeria Rebasti has built a solid career in the tourism and aviation sector. After three years as sales & marketing executive for the airline Go Fly, she became market manager for easyJet in 2002. The following year, she decided to fly even higher, becoming European sales & marketing manager and general manager marketing & sales for Jet2.com. She joined the Volotea team in 2012.

Aldo Sarnataro

After graduating in Economics and Commerce in 1999 from the Piemonte Orientale University with a specialisation in Finance, he began his professional career at Adecco, where he was responsible for setting up a branch to supply companies with clerical profiles. For the next two years, he worked as a business consultant, initially working on projects for the implementation of finance and management control modules. In 2002, he began working in the tourism sector at Neos, where he held positions of increasing importance: from management control officer, to joining the commercial department in 2004, the year the company started long-haul operations. Since then he has been in charge of the company's commercial development, diversifying and increasing its client portfolio, leading Neos to work with all the major Italian tour operators. With a view to diversification, he managed the various seasonal wet lease-out projects. In 2009, he was involved in the creation and development of the direct sales area for the seat-only segment. He is currently the sales manager for Neos SpA.

Forty years of experience in the tourism and air transport world, entrepreneur and manager with Italian and international experience, heading companies operating in the tour operating, retail, business travel and air transport sectors, since 2018 Renato Scaffidi is the Italy country manager of Air Europa.

Andrea Tucci

Aviation Business Development director of SEA - Milan Airports

Born in Naples in 1961, Andrea Tucci has a degree in Economics and Commerce. He has been working for SEA since May 2014 and is responsible for developing the aviation business of Malpensa and Milan Linate airports. In his role, he is responsible for promoting the two airports with the airline community. He started his career in the air transport sector with Alitalia in 1985 as financial controller. In 1995, he moved to the Network Planning and Commercial Agreements division, where he became vice-president in 2000. Before joining Air One in 2008 for a brief stint, he worked as vice president Italy sales and as vice president Asia Pacific, responsible for all Alitalia operations in the area. After the merger between Alitalia and AirOne (2009), Tucci was appointed vice president Alliances and Commercial agreements. In this role, he developed the strategy of alliances and partnerships to complete the Italian carrier's network.
