Revenue management has gone from being a tool devoted to the hotel industry, to being one of the most requested services among property managers, so as to optimize their visibility and sales on the main sales channels. In this panel we will discover what the best practices are for a successful revenue strategy in 2021.

Marco Nicosia is the CEO and founder of Full Price. In just a few years he has managed to re-enliven prices for over 950 flats in 80 cities in Italy and abroad, helping managers of tourist flats, B&Bs and for farm holidays to increase their turnover using Revenue Management. His passion for numbers began more than 15 years ago at university, in the Mathematics Faculty. Over time, it merged with his profession as a B&B manager in Florence. So he started to manage room rates dynamically. First for his B&B, and then for many other managers of flats, farm holiday accommodation, guest-houses and holiday homes. After working for over 10 years, he realised that Revenue Management, that was crucial for the hotel sector, was also vital for holiday accommodation. In 2017 Full Price was born and since then has been working with some of the largest companies in the sector, bringing his contribution to numerous Italian trade fairs and training events.
