Roberta Garibaldi

President of the Italian Food and Wine Tourism Association

Roberta Garibaldi is professor of Tourism Management. She is in the Board of Director of World Food Travel Association, in the Advisory Board of the World Gastronomy Institute and of the Italian Society Tourism Science (SISTUR). She is a speaker at the main world conferences on the topics, including the UNWTO Forums and the World Economic Forum in Davos. She is Topic editors of the scientific journal «Sustainability”. She is included in the Editorial Board of the scientific journals "Tourism Review" and "Indonesian Journal of Tourism and Leisure". She is member of the Association Internationale d‘Experts Scientifiques du Tourisme (AIEST), Association for Tourism and Leisure Education (ATLAS) and International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Art and Tourism (IGCAT). She is currently president of the Italian Association of Gastronomy Tourism and author of the Report on Gastronomy Tourism in Italy.

Born in Parma, he graduated in Economics from the University of Parma. Since 2012 he has been Councillor for the International City with responsibility for tourism, security and safety Urban, Trade, Historical Centre and International Relations of the City of Parma. He coordinated the team that monitored the development of Parma's tourism marketing plan and the application that led to the city of Parma being recognised by UNESCO as a Creative City for Gastronomy in 2015. In December 2020 he was elected President of Destinazione Turistica Emilia.

Bruno Bertero

Marketing Director PromoTurismoFVG

Marketing Director at PromoTurismoFVG, he is a Destination Manager with long experience as a consultant for both the public administration and the business sector. He is an expert in the management of participatory processes, training and the organisation of the tourism reception system.

Bruna Caira

Director of DMO Valdichiana Living

Bruna Caira is the director of tourist promotion activities in the Valdichiana Senese area, with the DMO Strada del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano e dei Sapori della Valdichiana Senese and the incoming agency Valdichiana Living. It deals with the development of tourism products by coordinating national and international promotional activities. It coordinates and manages projects on regional, national and European tenders. He is manager of the Ex network. Val.Se network of companies for the innovation and internationalisation of tourism and the Etruria Experience network, a t.o. network for marketing six tourist areas across Tuscany and Umbria.

Simona Olivadese

Small Business Key Sectors UniCredit

Simona Olivadese has been with UniCredit since 2001 and for the last five years has been involved in marketing in the tourism sector. She follows up on special projects through a dedicated approach capable of capturing new trends and offering innovative solutions so as to support companies in the sector. Specifically, this includes the Made4Italy programme, launched in 2019, with the intention of supporting the development of local areas and resources.
