Among the various characteristics of women we can recognize the ability to network, to nurture and to be generators of development. When women combine their skills and knowledge to create communities to promote their areas, interesting projects and experiences can emerge to enhance excellence and cross-fertilization involving transfers with other territorial contexts also.

Ilaria Canali

Founder of the National Network of Women on the Move and the Community Ragazze in Gamba

Communication professional, founder of the "National Network of Women on the Move" and the "Girls on the Go" community. She graduated in Cultural Anthropology from La Sapienza University in Rome. She studied International Relations and Humanitarian Aid at the Free University of Brussels, in the European Commission's NOHA programme and at the United Nations Information Office in Geneva. She has worked in communications both internationally and nationally, having served for the Community Institutions in Brussels and Strasbourg, for the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs managing communications for the G8 in Genoa, the 2002 NATO Summit and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cabinet and then again abroad, in Germany, in Freiburg, as a reporter for the Italians Abroad Press. Over the last ten years, she has been devoting her professionalism to the cultural promotion of the world of walking, focusing on the issues of sustainability, women and slow tourism.

She is an agricultural entrepreneur and owner of Mio Padre è un Albero, founded in 2012 in San Severo, Puglia. On the farm, Lidia opens and closes the short-chain production of extra virgin olive oil, homemade pasta and canned goods made with EVO oil and personally takes care of the marketing oil and personally takes care of the marketing and selling the products from her pantry. In her continuous search for high and distinctive quality for her products, she combines her on-field management activities with participation in training and specialisation courses, earning the qualification of a professional taster of EVO oil and pasta. To Lidia, the promotion of products and the territory starts with careful attention to detail and involves the open and collaborative spirit that characterises her way of working.

She is a communications manager, specialized in the positioning and strategic development of territories. He has followed important projects in the field of institutional, cultural and economic communication, including the main international cultural events of the capital. She collaborates with The Round Table for the development of special projects and initiatives with a strong economic and social impact. She created Orum Events an innovative format dedicated to personal events, combining organization and precision with creativity and attention to detail. She divides his commitments between Milan and Rome, two splendid cities: one by birth and the other by adoption. She loves to belong to both of them because in these two realities he finds her own way of being. Love modernity, refinement and the charm of ancient places.

Mariangela Cassano

Founder of the DEA Community Donnecheammiro

She is an expert in the field of communication, networking and public relations and event organisation. Since 2005 she has been the Events Manager of Symbola - Foundation for Italian Qualities. She was previously the Events Manager of Federparchi - Italian Federation of Parks and Nature Reserves. When he was only 21 years old, she founded and managed the communication and online advertising company Advertcity Srl. She has been working in the training sector for more than 20 years. She is currently a lecturer and consultant for the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Tor Vergata for the Oscuai Master - Organisation and Development of Human Capital in an International context. She is a partner and member of the Board of Directors of the non-governmental organisation ActionAid Italia. She is currently the Ambassador and member of the #InclusioneDonna #WomenXimact and #Donne4.0 communities. In 2004, she was awarded honorary citizenship of the Tremiti Islands.

Since 2014 owner of Pop Corn, the popping press office. After graduating from classical high school, she graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Salerno. After completing her degree, she went to London for an experience, thanks to the Leonardo project. After returning to Italy, she began her first work experiences in companies and communication agencies in Marche and Emilia Romagna, until 2007, when she decided to return to Puglia, where she started to collaborate with various newspapers and set up her own consulting company.
