In future, the heart of challenges for tourism will certainly be hyper-personalization and the challenges of combining Mobile, Social and Artificial Intelligence in order to create out and out conversational interfaces able to relate to tourists and hoteliers and build worthwhile experiences.
Beyond the technological approach we will see a revision of interactive models with a greater weight on gaming and user interactions, that will change the rules in social media.

Flavio R. Albano is a former researcher and contract lecturer in Economics and Business Management at the University of Bari and in Brand Management in the MBA course at the University of Basilicata. Now an entrepreneur in tech-tourism, he has been involved with marketing and digital innovation for several years.
