Tourism accessible for all: an opportunity for tourist businesses

05/10/21 h 16:00 - 17:00

Today, people with specific access needs represent large and growing potential demand which,, if it finds appropriate and comfortable conditions for travel, could generate an actual increase in tourist demand at tour destinations and in their market share. Public tourism authorities and private operators at tourist destinations should consider tourism for all to be an opportunity, instead of a complex problem to be managed, thus targeting increased quantity and quality in tourist offerings.
