Consultant and Teamwork trainer in strategic and operational marketing, Nicola develops new brands and accommodation facility concepts to reposition them and relaunch them on the market. Alongside a team of colleagues, in 2016 he created ‘Up Hotel’, the first Italian hotel devoted to millennials, as well as several other successful hotel concepts. Today, he works to revitalise hotels, resorts and camp sites, working on various hotel redevelopment projects alongside architects, designers and communication agencies, setting up global marketing strategies and providing start-up and pre-opening consultancy to ensure the hotel's success after renovation.
