Kyriaki Boulasidou

Director of the Hellenic National Tourist Board in Italy

Kyriaki Boulasidou has been the director of the Hellenic National Tourist Board in Italy since 2013. She previously held the same position in England. With a degree in Languages from Thessaloniki - she speaks Italian, English, Spanish and German - and with a postgraduate degree in International and European Economic Studies from Athens, she was admitted to the National School of Public Administration in 2005, after which she was assigned to the role of Head of the UK and US markets in the Agency's marketing department. Her Digital Marketing diploma from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is one of her latest degrees.

Isabel Garaña

Born in Madrid, with a degree in Law, more than 25 years in the Public Administration service, 16 of which in the tourism sector, Isabel Garaña has held numerous positions during her long professional career. Between 2011 and 2018, she was the European Director for the World Tourism Organisation (Unwto), previously Secretary General of Turespaña, Director of the Paradores Presidency Bureau and Head of the Spanish State Secretary-General for Tourism, actively participating in the Español Tourism Horizonte 2020 Plan.

Olga Mazzoni

President of Thema Nuovi Mondi representing The Great American West

Olga Mazzoni is president, marketing & PR manager of Thema Nuovi Mondi. For more than 30 years, she has been building relationships with national and international tourism, with a strong focus on the United States. Some American states and cities have chosen Thema as their representative in Italy: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, US Virgin Islands, The Great American West, Denver. President of VisitUSA Association Italy for two different terms, she is a founding member of the Italian LGBT Tourism Association. She strongly believes in specialisation and expertise for accurate, passionate, inclusive and timely travel and tourism consulting.

Aljoša Ota

Director of the Slovenian Tourist Board in Italy and president of Adutei (Association of Official Delegates of Foreign Tourism in Italy)

Born, raised and graduated in Business Administration in Trieste, Ota speaks 5 languages and has more than 10 years experience in the financial and tourism sectors. He has always been passionate about marketing and communication in the world of tourism. He is director of the Slovenian Tourist Board in Italy and president of Adutei, the Association of Official Delegates of Foreign Tourism in Italy.

Matteo Prato

Country manager Tourism Australia Italy

With a degree in Communication Sciences and a master's degree in Territorial Marketing, Matteo Prato is the owner of Tourism Hub, a strategy, marketing and PR consultancy agency that represents Tourism Australia on the Italian market. From the Great Barrier Reef to the outback, he has travelled far and wide down under from Sydney to Tasmania. He has been leading the Italian team of Tourism Australia for 3 years, dealing with 2b2 marketing, strategy, communication and relations with airlines, tour operators and stakeholders.

Continental Europe Regional General Manager Tourism Australia

Since 1999, Eva Seller has been working with Tourism Australia, first as manager for the German-speaking markets and later as marketing manager for all continental Europe. For almost 10 years, she has been the head of the Tourism Australia office in Frankfurt, covering the markets of Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Austria. She has an in-depth knowledge of Australia and is a strategic partner for the organisation in consumer marketing, PR and trade relations.
