He has experience as a hotel director and Revenue Manager for both independent hotels and international brands such as Holiday Inn and Accor. As an expert in Revenue Management and Online Distribution, he conducts courses on Pricing and Revenue Management for hotels, hotel associations, and tourism management masters. He is the director of Hotelperformance, a consulting firm specializing in Revenue Management and Online Distribution, and the founder of Global Revenue Forum, the largest European event on Revenue Management for hospitality.
He is the Marketing Manager of Hotelperformance, a company that helps accommodations increase their revenue through Revenue Management strategies. Since 2009, he has been involved in web marketing, specializing in the analysis and planning of digital strategies aimed at increasing contacts, sales, and brand awareness, including operational marketing (positioning, ADS campaigns, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization). He plans strategies and finds business solutions and new paths, choosing among the many possibilities of the web and paying attention to return on investment and brand identity. He specializes in strategic planning and training for accommodations, public and private training institutions.
